I chose Immigration and song assignment and Backpack position paragraph. because for the immigration and song assignment, i found that topic quite fun. And i did learn a lot from the topic, such as the way immigrants live and not all countries will let immigrants in. I liked especially when we made the poster and got to choose songs that were related to immigrants and got to present our work to the whole class, because some people sang and it was a laugh for us and it was mainly just working together with classmates that made it fun.
The second one i chose is the backpack position paragraph, i did learn a lot more facts about effects of carrying heavy backpacks that i have never thought of before. I also like when we stand up and talk about our thoughts and opinions and hearing other kids thoughts which makes me a bit more open minded about the subject and learn and think of new facts.

i think my area of strength with the backpacks topic and is my ideas and facts, so my explanation. And for immigration song and assignment My areas of strength is research i think.
for immigration assignment, my areas of weakness is maybe understanding the lyrics really.
And for the backpack topic my weakness is writing detailed.
Do you feel that you are learning in social studies class? Explain.
I do feel like i am learning in Social studies, compared from the start of the year. because i have become much confident and i have learned a lot more about cultures and advertisements and different things. I do know i must improve on most things but i feel confident that i enjoy Social Studies and i have made improvements.
